SHIPPING POLICY
Please be aware that orders containing multiple items can be sent from different suppliers and may therefore arrive at different times.
It takes 2-5 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on our suppliers' location for your specific products, but can be estimated as follows: If they are in Australia: 5-8 business days; International: 10-20 business days. Once your order has been paid in full, it will be processed, fulfilled and shipped. We endeavour to support local suppliers in Australia wherever possible, however, this is not always viable. If you are located outside of Australia, we aspire to get your shipment out as soon as possible. You can expect your delivery to arrive between 10-20 business days from order date. An email will be sent with tracking information when your products have been shipped. Please bear in mind that the COVID-19 pandemic may cause shipping delays. **To maintain integrity, KONG products can only be sold and shipped within Australia. Due to supplier restrictions, not all products can be sent out of Australia. These will be marked on the applicable items as you view them.
RETURNS POLICY
Our goal is to provide you with a great shopping experience. We can offer a return or exchange within 14 days if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us. Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong or damaged items. We value your patronage so please communicate any issues as soon as possible.
